Defect item on sale.
We found out that there are multiple defect apparels in the store during the sale season. We happened to picked up 3 items and 1 item was having defect. Despite that, we didn’t check thoroughly for the other two pieces which happened to have a hole on one of it. We tried to initiate a return and refund but was rejected. This is against the Lemon law and I will be reporting them to CASE.
