DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER! The cordless pruning shears were defective immediately after unpacking. The device made abnormal rattling and crackling noises from the gearbox and now no longer works at all. Despite clear evidence, I only received a partial refund, which I never agreed to. A full refund was promised several times but never completed. No free return label was ever provided. Instead, I was sent back and forth for weeks between the seller, AliExpress, and PayPal. I was expected to pay the return shipping costs myself and send an already defective product back to China at my own expense. Very poor customer service, no fair solution, and an extremely frustrating process. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller.
