No Communication
I ordered a set of tires from Tire Agent. I financed the tire from one of the finance companies. I received confirmation from the finance company that the loan was approved and that my first payment is due on Friday. I have never received confirmation from Tire Agent that the order was processed. I have no invoice to prove I am receiving the tires I am supposed to start paying for in 2 days. This is very unprofessional and quite sketchy. I want to cancel my order, but I don't have any documentation that I even have one. I recommend that everyone considering purchasing tires from this company be very cautious. Something is not right when a company fails to follow standard business practices by not providing an invoice for a product ordered from their company.
