Incredible customer service
Incredible customer service. I work in a school and unfortunately the lid of one the flasks got broken. A few emails later and SHO were happy to send out a replacement lid, free of charge. They did not have to do this at all as the lid was broken through human error and not a manufacturing fault. The emails I received were all very polite and friendly.
