Scam- Sent me USED TIRES
Scam.. Tires orignally sent to a local installer from Tire Agent who had no ability to mount on my stock Mercedes rims. Forwarded tires to a 2nd local installer who mounted. Upon inspecton, installer advised me that my "new" tires were noticeably worn, and I advised onstaller to go ahead and mount since my prior tire were no longer serviceable. I communicated with Tire Agent directly about this matter who kept dragging my issue along for 3+ weeks. Tire agent finally responded witht he following "solution" (5% OFF FUTURE PURCHASE) ===== Thank you for your patience while we reviewed your claim, and I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We do not accept returns for items that have already been mounted. I know this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and I’m sorry about that. While I can’t process a return, I’d still like to offer a 5% discount code for your next purchase. There's no expiration date, and it can be applied to similar tires or help you save on an upgrade.
