Argo was 100% efficient. He took the time to make this transaction go through after the fraud dept put a hold on my card due to the high amount. After calling my credit card company, they released the hold and Arlo finished out the transaction. I hope he is appreciated for his professionalism and his pleasant demeanor while working with me.
