Jake was very courteous and knowledgeable. He led me through a maze of screens with ease. Believe it or not, I'm not a novice with computers but this was one I needed help on. I've been using the product since October as read-only. I use another computer a lot but I'm gradually moving over to this new one. Anyway, Jake got me going.
