Great Experience Shipping to Canada!
I had a really good experience ordering to Canada using the sea shipping option. The shipping was much more transparent than I expected. I was able to track the ocean freight vessel, the train portion, and the final delivery, and the package arrived within the estimated window — actually pretty early in that window. Lucy from customer service was very helpful and responsive the whole time. Any time I had a question, she always got back to me within a day. The packaging was also excellent. The figure arrived completely untouched, and even the box was in perfect condition. It honestly arrived in better condition than some items I’ve seen at local stores. Very happy with the order and would definitely order from them again.
