Terrible smell and awful customer service - Beware!
I am a returning customer, but this will be my last order. I received my wigs yesterday and the smell coming from the package was absolutely overwhelming and disgusting. It was so bad I couldn't even bring myself to take the hair out of the box. When I contacted customer service immediately to request a return, they started delaying the process, offering me a tiny $20 coupon and asking me to wash the wigs myself! This is unacceptable. After reading other reviews, I see this company has a history of trying to avoid refunds. I want my prepaid US return label and my full refund immediately. Do not buy from them!
