⚠️ FAKE DELIVERY SCAM: Track718 (Fake Luggage Store)DO NOT BUY FROM WEBSITES USING THIS EMAIL OR TRACK718 TRACKING. This is a fraudulent cross-border e-commerce operation. I ordered a carry-on luggage item, and they used a fake tracking platform called Track718 to upload completely fraudulent shipping updates. The tracking eventually updated to "Delivered to mailbox." This is a complete scam for three undeniable reasons: Physically Impossible: They claimed a large, full-sized carry-on luggage piece was dropped inside a standard 15x6x3 inch mailbox. Video Proof: I have a 24-hour security monitor camera facing my front yard and mailbox. The camera proves that absolutely no delivery vehicle or postal worker ever approached my property on the alleged day of delivery. Present at Home: I was physically at home the entire day of the supposed delivery. No one ever came. When you confront their customer service, they will try to blame the logistics company and insist on keeping a "$15 shipping fee" from your refund. This is a deliberate tactic to steal your money for an item they never actually sent. To other consumers: If you see this email address on your order confirmation, or if you are given a Track718 link, you have been scammed. Do not waste time negotiating a refund with them. Call your bank or credit card company immediately and report it as a fraudulent transaction to get a 100% chargeback.
