I purchased a WordPress template from SKT Themes months ago. I was later charged $39 for a subscription I did not intend to continue. I contacted support the same day to cancel and request a refund. Instead of helping resolve it, they told me they do not offer refunds. This was frustrating because I reached out right away after the charge. Customers should be aware before buying. Make sure you check all subscription terms, renewal settings, and cancellation policies first.
