Tried to tell me they don't offer free returns. Not just the shipping part, but no free returns for the cost of the product. They will lie because it's acceptable for businesses to lie to customers in Chinese business culture. Note their reply directly contradicts their website policy and doesn't even address what I said. Chinese companies have a looser definition of honesty, in my experience. Don't do business with them.
