MY FLIGHT WAS CHANGED, CANNOT CHECK ONLINE!
Extremely disappointing experience with Airpaz and AirAsia. I booked flights from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur and then from Kuala Lumpur to Bintulu. There was a flight change, but the change was only sent by email and was not properly reflected when I logged into Air Puz website! i tried to use their online support which was manned by Bots. I was told outright that the website will not be updated with my latest flight and to refer to any email by them. I could only confirm the actual flight details a few days before check-in, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress. When I tried to check with AirAsia directly, AirAsia did not recognise the Airpaz booking properly. I was told repeatedly to provide flight details, if I can provide flight details, why would I need them? This is unacceptable for airline travel. Passengers should not be left in uncertainty after paying for flights. The coordination between Airpaz and AirAsia was poor, and the customer support experience was frustrating. I would not fly with AirAsia again, and I would not book through Airpaz again. Simply not worth the risk, stress and inconvenience.
