Does not honor return for frames damaged upon arrival
I had a frustrating experience with Nextpair. First, their response times are very slow, it took multiple follow-ups to get any reply. When my frames finally arrived, they were damaged. However, when I tried to return them, my RMA was rejected because I had upgraded to Zeiss lenses. This feels like a loophole to avoid honoring returns. A damaged frame should be replaceable regardless of lens type. I expected better product quality and customer support. Would not recommend.
