Poor Customer service by the sells team…
Customer service by the sells team needs to be dramatically improved, a lot of mistakes occurred: the equipment was shipped with missing components, the equipment was shipped to the wrong address despite being clarified more than once, then they shipped the missing glasses again to a wrong address I ended buying glasses from other source because theirs were never shipped to the right address, large delays to get answers, wrong terms accepted by them and building of the equipment was delayed. The equipment doesn't work with ezcad; 3 computers were used to try it, none of them worked, ezcad always started in demo mode, several procedures tried, it worked only with Lightburn hopefully it is not expensive. This kind of experiences prevent me from buying another laser from them.
