Shipping took nearly 3 weeks
I was not made aware at the time of purchase that this was an international transaction originating in Hong Kong, and I was not made aware that the product would be shipping from Europe (looks like specifically Italy). It took 20 days to receive my order, that I wanted to present to my father on Father's Day, which did not happen because of the length of time to receive the product. I am not happy about this and sent an email a week ago asking for the order to be cancelled. I received a response, but nothing mentioned about my concerns or any refund as a result of cancelling the order.
