I was locked out of my vehicle and the local person refused to come and help. I waited over 30 minutes to find out he had refused to come. So dispatch had to contact another person and he drove 1:30 one way to come and help me instead. I had to wait for almost 3 hours for a service that should have taken less than 30 minutes if the local person would have just shown up. However, the person that did come was so nice and helpful and it was amazing he was willing to drive 3 hours to come and open my door for me!!
