I don’t leave reviews very often, but EYESHELLS absolutely earned this one. I ordered a pair of prescription glasses and ran into a small sizing issue. I was honestly expecting the typical back-and-forth that seems so common with online retailers these days, but their customer service completely exceeded my expectations. They responded incredibly quickly, treated me with genuine kindness and respect, and resolved my issue without any hassle. That level of customer service is becoming rare. The glasses arrived in a reasonable amount of time, the prices were unbeatable, and the quality has been excellent. I spent quite a while comparing different online eyewear companies before purchasing because I’m a cautious buyer, and I’m very glad I chose EYESHELLS.
