Assigned a booster who did not communicate at all and then went offline. At 2 hours post order, I asked for a refund. They said I had an assigned booster. I said he did not communicate and is offline which is of no help to me. I asked for a refund. They start the refund, but they keep 30% for admin fees. Basically, don't use this service if you want things done in a timely manner and beware their refund policy.
