Working with Jess has been an amazing experience. When I started with Smart Coach I had every intention of moving through the program on pace and on target despite having an incredibly packed tight schedule. However, 1 month in, I had a very traumatic family experience and had to pause for the month. I felt horrible about having to do so but there was just no way NOT to. Once I came back, things were still crazy and trying to navigate the emotions of my 3 kids while running my own business, teaching dance, being in a long distance relationship AND having to learn everything I needed to learn in the program at times felt overwhelming. However, every single coaching call with Jess brought me in off the ledge and she guided me with such kindness and compassion and truly tried to make the most of every minute on those calls. She compartmentalized things for me, reminded me to give myself grace and was always encouraging me to have faith in myself. She is an AMAZING coach and I am truly going to miss my weekly meetings with her. She is a beautiful human and I am incredibly grateful for the program because it brought her into my life. I have full confidence that with the guidance from Jess, I can go onto have a healthy and lucrative career as a coach!
