Made thing right
Scam Company.I ordered from what I thought was a genuine company a company that I thought was honest but was I wrong very wrong . I placed my order on June the 11 I got a email saying that it had been shipped and gave me a tracking number so I check it an it said that my order was in Laverne so ok cool it'll be here in a few days but was I wrong . After about three times four days I hadn't received anything so I emailed them told them the situation and the next day they emailed me back saying that they would take care of it an find out what was going on with my order an why it had not moved from that mail place.. SO gave them about a day emailed back an the lady said she found my order yada yada an it would be here in couple days so I wait look up the tracking and it's still saying it's in Laverne. Side note the order was supposed to be here in the 16th so this happened after that so I email back again they respond the next day she says give it time an I'm thinking I'm giving it time it's way past delivery day . A couple days go by nothing no package nothing from Trybello nothing so I emailed back and the lady responded the next day I'll send out a replacement order an you will not be charged for postage?!!!!?? What why would I be charged for something thats not my fault it's your fault. I wasn't getting rude or mean or mad until that happened then I mean they never apologized offered parshal refund none of that . That's poor customer service.. So they're sending me your package is on its way and all these sales emails so I ask them to stop an to please give me back my 60dollars that took out if my account in the 11th of June. Still nothing no product no email awh yes one last email that they sent . So the lady sends me a email saying that she put in a replacement order and when it got delivered to me to send it back without opening it or anything then when they get it she might be able to refund my money.. I have tried calling I can't get through to anyone I er the phone every time I email them they send me a email that's says . Your package is in its way .. No it is not stop it .. So I would an will never refer anyone to this scam if a company. An I wish I would have read these reviews before I placed an order .
