A nightmare on first time placing an order… and the last!
First placing order the item i selected (for large dogs) somehow processed into the order (even though I verified the size and all before I hit submit) as a small dog dose. Then after waiting 3 days more than the expected date, when I checked the tracking indicated that the item got damaged during transit and someone in one of the warehouses returned it. Today I wrote a 3rd email because I was getting an email from you saying that the item was delivered, even though I contacted you for the second time about the item being returned. Customer service was polite and professional but there is some serious issues with the way your information is processed.
