The tax department has been extremely difficult to reach by both phone and email. When I submit messages through the secure portal, I don’t receive a copy of my submission, and I never receive any follow-up. For example, Paychex amended our Q4 2025 filing, but it was rejected by EDD. The filing now needs to be corrected and resubmitted by Paychex, yet I still haven’t received any updates or communication regarding the status. It’s been very frustrating trying to resolve this issue without any response.
