🔴 Public Review Title: Absolute Bait-and-Switch – Stay Away!Review Text:Avoid this store! I ordered what was explicitly advertised on my invoice as premium "Vaneli - Women's Premiata Bonnie Sneakers" for a gift. Instead of the luxury model pictured, they shipped a completely different, lower-tier shoe (the Vaneli Penny sneaker) in a plain pink box. When caught, customer service admitted it was a "listing error" because they didn't even have the premium shoes in stock to begin with. Their solution to completely ruining my gift plans? A generic apology and a lousy $20 discount code to spend more money with them. They are forcing me to spend my own personal time and gas to drive to the post office to mail back their mistake before they will release my money. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic to get consumers to buy cheap stock under luxury labels. Do not trust their listings!
