What made my experience great? Solely, Anthony. Anthony is the only one that made my service great. I had issue after issue, with delivery, shipping, software delays, etc. Anthony genuinely saved Duck's Services from a bad review. Anthony 100% deserves a promotion, as his customer support was exceptional and he went out of his way multiple times to assist me with the issues I was having. He also did not complain, did not make me feel as though my issues were burdening him, etc. This 5 star review is genuinely for Anthony.
