Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. And very bad first impression. First of all topped up the wrong item. Did not inform me that the i item i want cannot be purchased 4 times at once like other sites and just decided to get the other item instead which i already have. A simple sorry and i small discount code can’t be counted as taking responsibility since its their fault from the beginning. Now they want me to top up again to make it right. LOL
