I genuinely wish I had read the reviews before ordering because this has been one of the most infuriating and completely unacceptable online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I placed my order expecting it to arrive well before an engagement, but after 15 days of waiting, endless delays, and constant excuses, my order never even left the warehouse. What exactly is the dress doing just sitting there for over two weeks? It’s beyond ridiculous. I repeatedly contacted customer service and was fed the same empty lines about my order being “prioritised” and them “following up” with the warehouse, yet absolutely nothing changed. There was zero transparency, zero accountability, and clearly no real intention to fix the issue. Instead of doing their job and providing a proper solution, I was left chasing updates, wasting my time, and scrambling to find another outfit at the last minute. The stress and disappointment this caused were entirely avoidable. It honestly feels like they couldn’t care less about their customers. After 15 days of waiting only to find out the order hadn’t even been shipped or left the warehouse, I requested a refund in line with their own policy, which clearly states that unshipped items can be cancelled and refunded. Despite this, they blatantly lied and told me it was “too far into the process” to cancel, which is completely false. Instead of taking responsibility, they dismissed my request and had the audacity to try and fob me off with an ugly handbag instead of giving me my money back. I didn’t order a handbag. I ordered a dress, and I expected either the dress or a refund — not some pathetic attempt to avoid doing the right thing. It was only after I made it clear I would escalate the matter to the ACCC that they finally agreed to process the refund. The fact that I had to threaten escalation just to get what I was already entitled to says everything about how poorly this company treats its customers. I would never shop here again and strongly advise others to stay far away. I ordered the Draped Long-Sleeve Maxi Dress with Gathered Waist – Light Blue and was actually excited to get it but this company is extremely unreliable. This entire experience has gone far beyond disappointing it’s been completely unacceptable and honestly outrageous.
