Compact Car Centre- Court ruled in my favour
I purchased an Audi S3 2016 from Compact Car Centre Rowley Regis in November 2025 for £16,790. It developed a fault within two hours and was rejected two days later. The dealer denied the fault, forcing me into a stressful County Court legal battle. The court has now ruled in my favour, confirming the car was sold faulty, and ordered a full refund and costs.
