frustrating website/high shipping
An insanely frustrating website experience on mobile, especially for a promotional company. I ended up only getting one item instead of 7 because it was too difficult to purchase more items. The shipping cost is also higher than other companies, however without receiving the purchase I don't know how it will be sent, but for 4 small name tag frames, 20 dollars is unreasonable anywhere in country.
