Worst Quality and Customer Service.
To save you time effort and money, don't buy front Nerdywave. Customer Service is shocking. If you don't like the product or it's too big or too small and wish to return it there is no clear returns page or information. Once you finally find the information you are told you have to pay for the return to Hong Kong out of your pocket. If it is a Quality issue they will lead you round in circles and argue with you that you are wrong about the quality or whatever your concern was. They seem to refuse to take accountability for poor quality. They then seem to block you on WhatsApp when you ask for the link to their review page. So unless you are 100% sure of the product and quality, and I can assure you the quality of the cardigans are not worth £5 let alone £30+ they charge, i wouldn't waist your time with this 'shop'.
