Is there even "customer service"
I have ordered a mouse and keyboard and after paying for them, received email notifying me that I need to pay an extra fee of 5$ with no way to pay it. After I inquired first about changing the address as they suggested in the same email, they just decided to not respond. It has been more than a week, not a single response was sent to either response I sent. And just to rub salt in the wound, the only email from atk I have received in all that time, was an advertisement for their soon ending tiktok challenge. And before I get an automated response here of "we are sorry you had such an experience, please contact us at csatkgear.com" THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I AM TRYING TO DO
