I did only attend the first day. I am so very tired of all this people in alternative healthcare and self development that trust this storytelling to get customers. The boring story of struggling with something for years, and eventually finding the method/tool/religion that solved everything. And now they want to share this success with me. And sorry to say, this was in my mind, exactly what those speakers once again tried to tell me is the way to go. Nothing original. Just the same, one more time. If you carefully follow all these steps, i think the risc is high that the result looks like it has been generated by AI.
