Scam company
Scam company that uses "basically anyone" to do your job just like Walmart, Home Depot, Costco, etc. Call those in Google local business directory and make sure they aren't a referral service like for example, TV mount masters who aren't masters of anything but bait and switch and sending anybody they can find to do your job so they can profit.
