No Package, No Support, No Communication
Edit: After 40 days, I canceled the shipment. I'll let you know how the process went. Very disappointing experience with ATKGear. I placed my order 40 days ago, and I still haven't received my package. According to the tracking information, it has been stuck in transit after customs clearance in Hungary for many days with no updates. What is even more frustrating is that their customer support is completely unresponsive. I have tried contacting them through live chat and by email multiple times, but I have never received any reply. It's impossible to get any information or assistance. At this point, I feel completely ignored as a customer. I cannot recommend ATKGear based on my experience. If you want to avoid problems, don't buy a mouse from them. At least not until their customer support is working properly. I'm giving them two more days to respond, and then I'll cancel this order. #ATKGR52323.
