If you are wanting to sell your home…
If you are wanting to sell your home quickly without going thru realtors, listings, cash buyers, showings, etc, this is the way to do it if you don’t mind fees for convenience. For me the fees were worth it. My home was in an “as is” condition, and I am very happy with the convenience of the Opendoor process and the communication to get it done along the way. Thank you!
