Frauds...deliver only at their convenience...0 empathy, 0 customer service
I placed the order for a bouquet to be delivered in the first half of the day. But to my utter surprise, the bouquet was never delivered. The whole day passed and the delivery was not done. No message, no mail, no update from their end. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. It was meant to make somebody's day special. This is literally playing with people's emotions. On chat, nobody helps. This is unacceptable!! IGP SUCKS
