I’m thrilled with both the product and the customer service! The lab-grown alexandrite titanium flatbacks are gorgeous, the color-change is subtle and elegant, the stones are a great size (visible without being overpowering), and the flatback, titanium construction is lightweight, comfortable, and hypoallergenic (I wear F136 titanium because my ears are sensitive). They sit securely and are perfect for everyday wear and sleeping. Customer service was fast, kind, and attentive. Mata listened to my feedback regarding some gold hoops that I purchased, responded thoughtfully, and addressed my inquiry.
