Pleasantly surprised by how well DJI dealt with a broken component for our Ronin 4D camera. The customer service was extremely quick every time I had a query, and they were able to send updated shipping labels almost immediately when I wanted to alter the packaging weight. The cost of repair was extremely reasonable and we didn't have warranty on the product either. Thank you!
