Customer service response time is terrible. I waited for hours for a return call only to be disconnected immediately. I called and got put to the back of the line, again. It's been 6 hours since my original call, still waiting. Previously, I waited DAYS for a call back. Leaving a message in the portal is a waste of time. No one replies.
