Servicing and response times are so good especially for a bank it’s unbelievable and refreshing. My last bank I had to wait 30-40 min to talk to someone and additionally I couldn’t even email support requests. With Baselane I’m able to talk to someone right away or email the support team and they respond right away. Happy I found them (through Steadily) and will never go back.
