The payment process was quite slow. My credit card was declined several times, so I ended up paying with Amazon Pay. The charge went through and appears in my Amazon Pay account, but the order never showed up on your website. I had to cancel the Amazon Pay transaction and place the order again on your website, which only worked after I used a different credit card.
