The Red First LLC claims to be American-owned and made in the USA, I strongly disagree! The package ships to you directly from China & when communicating by email, the syntax is not how we formally communicate in the U.S. Ordering was easy, and the shirt’s quality was okay. But the returns process is a joke!!! I ordered a shirt my husband wanted for Father’s Day (just a generic item from their site). Before purchasing, I reviewed their return policy, which says eligible items must be in the same condition, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging—but it never explains what eligible is. My husband tried the shirt on, it was the wrong size (my fault). I called the phone number provided multiple times, but no matter when I called, I only reached a voicemail saying the mailbox wasn’t set up. I emailed the company and got a reply after a few days, only to be told I couldn’t return the item because it was my mistake ordering the wrong size. I will NOT be ordering from this company again!!
