I have heard many others order from your company, and there was never any complaints. To me, what made my first purchase memorable was the lady that took my order over the phone. She was professional, friendly, down-to-earth and super patient with me and the specific shipping request. Based on her super-patient and pleasant demeanor, I will always look forward to ordering and hope others who work there are also as nice as she.
