Because I am a newcomer to affiliate marketing, the Dsers dropshipping program and not tech savvy, I made a few mistakes in the ordering process and almost lost a customer. However, the customer service rep was very patient and understanding. She took her time listening to understand, explained key points and shared where and how to get my answers. She made the corrections to help me successfully place my order. I am very thankful for her encouragement, patience and guidance. I now feel more confident that I can do very well with Dsers going forth.
