Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I placed an order for digital vouchers and had to go through identity verification which had taken up to 2 hours to complete , which delayed my order. After finally receiving my voucher, the code appeared to be invalid and could not be redeemed I had also contacted the team the same hour I found out . I immediately contacted customer support and requested either a replacement or a refund. At the time of writing this review, I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved. I understand that mistakes can happen, but for a high-value order I expected a much smoother experience and a faster resolution.
