Issues with my order
I made an order, then immediately tried to cancel when I found a kit with more products I wanted at a better price. I was told it had already shipped which no way was true. I ordered the kit planning to just return the 1st order. After receipt, I requested to return the 1st order but the cost to return to the UK was crazy. I was offered & accepted a 30% refund. Then I looked at their site again & noted the 100% money back guarantee & free shipping. So I emailed again & told them I didn’t like the foundation as it didn’t cover darker spots & didn’t feel like 2nd skin as advertised; I didn’t care for the feel. I did like the mascara & eye brightner ok. I was told my products qualify to be returned but not free shipping because I just didn’t like the foundation which was personal preference. However the additional information they provided that you don’t initially see stated products must be in original state. You can’t try & be in original state. I have reached out for verification & return info but expect it will be very expensive & aggravating & I’ll probably end up paying for products that do not work as advertised for me. I was really excited to try this makeup based on some reviews but just not for me. Customer Service has been in contact via email throughout the process over the last few weeks & today but haven’t resolved in the way I would have expected according to what you see on the website when you order. I gave 2 stars rather than 1 because of the mascara & eye brightener.
