Good Variety of Products, Shipping promise kept
1. Good variety of products available. 2. If buying in large quantities like more than 10 products, shipping is afforable too. 3. They also help source products from other chinese stores in the same order. 4. I have made 2 orders, and both arrived on time they promised (in three weeks). 5. Cancellations are an issue, I was unable to cancel my order (it was sourced and packed, not shipped). But they combined my two orders and it got me 2$ shipping discount. Still not the best when it comes to cancellations. I dont know about return and refund since by God's Grace, all of my products have arrived in good state till now.
