The return process is maddening
The return process is maddening! I have tried their system for an hour now, continually inputting reasons for a return and they ask me to buy a different shirt. If I exit out of that, it takes me right back into the loop! I have had to write customer service. Terrible, absolutely terrible. I am doing everything the right way, but they have a loop that wants you to buy something vs return.
