Blue Ribbon Customer Service
The customer service is out of this world. Kate W. is an absolute Rock Star. Kate never makes me feel bad for double checking elements of our order, and she even catches mistakes I miss. I have other fair departments asking me to order their ribbons for them because I do such a good job, but really it's Kate. She's my secret weapon. Aside from the stellar service, the quality of the ribbons is excellent and remarkably reliable.
