So, investing in an expensive frying pan made me a tad nervous. Yes, it SAYS it comes with a lifetime warranty, but we all know how that can often go. Today I decided to contact Hexclad about a large pan that had a hot spot where sticking was occurring. I did not know what to expect. What I got was simply AMAZING. I received a response within an hour and they are sending me a new pan. No hassle. No “fighting”. Just an email saying they wanted to make it right. And they did. Couldn’t have been easier or more pleasant and I am a now a customer for life. Don’t hesitate about purchasing Hexclad. The pans are great and the customer service is even better.
